The Gold Coast Stingrays are made up of 2 Divisions, Seniors (18+) and Juniors (14 - 18).

Training is held Tuesday and Thursday nights during the season at 6:30pm at Glennon Park Nerang. Sign on for season 2009 is Sunday 5th April at 1pm, Glennon Park Nerang.
